Versailles Family Medicine is a caring and compassionate family practice dedicated to providing exceptional, personalized healthcare for our patients.  We have evening hours until 8:00pm, Monday thru Thursday, at our Versailles location at 460 Wilson Avenue.  To arrange a same-day appointment, call our office at (859) 879-0111.

We’re a full-service family medicine practice and we also offer urgent care | same-day service.  At Versailles family Medicine, our relationship is with you and our focus is on making sure you get the care you need.  Since our practice opened, we’ve been providing our community with the kind of warm and personalized care that we would want four ourselves and our family members, from newborns through adulthood.

With offices in Versailles and Midway, we hold ourselves to a high level of excellence in every aspect of our practice.  This includes the care we provide, the equipment we use, the health and safety protocols we follow and the incidental services we offer.  Our goal at Versailles Family Medicine is to provide each of our patients with an optimal healthcare experience.

Our team takes pride in caring for our patients for an immediate problem or for life.  We focus on the whole patient, both physically and emotionally, and we coordinate their care to promote good health, disease prevention, mental health and a fulfilling life. The services we offer include preventive care, immunizations, screenings for underlying health problems, treatment of acute illnesses or injuries, diagnosis of complex problems and management of chronic conditions and illnesses.

Our staff at Versailles Family Medicine is focused on the total coordination of care with patients and their families.  We provide care in our offices as well as managing hospitalizations and working with other medical specialists as needed.  We’re glad to be your first call for any non-emergency healthcare need.  If daytime hours don’t suit your schedule, our main Versailles location is open until 8:00pm, Monday thru Thursday.

As a full-service practice, Versailles Family Medicine makes it simple to get quality care for the whole family.  PA-C Jared Harper, PA-C Claire Schack and PA-C Elizabeth Watts see patients in our Versailles office.  PA-C Jenna Daniel and APRN Lena Nickell see patients in our Midway office.  Dr. Brian Smith and APRN Sammi Nichols see patients in our Versailles and Midway offices.
