Brian Smith, MD, MPH

Dr. Smith received his medical degree from Duke University in Durham, NC in 2000. He then moved to Chicago where he completed a residency in Family Medicine at West Suburban Medical Center. He joined the faculty of the residency program and worked for several years prior to moving to Kentucky in 2007. He opened the doors of Versailles Family Medicine in April of that same year and has maintained a thriving private practice in Woodford County since then, expanding to adding an office Midway in 2015.

OFFICE POLICIES
- Patients who receive scheduled injections or come in to have labs drawn must arrive at the office 30 minutes prior to closing for lunch and at the end of the day.
- We do not bill secondary insurances for copays.
- Patients will be seen in the following order: (1) Emergencies (2) Scheduled Appointments (3) Walk-ins
- Any patient receiving controlled substances must abide by the Versailles Family Medicine Controlled Substance Policy(s). Failure to comply may result in dismissal and/or refusal to fill requested prescriptions.
